In addition, we have the ability to capitalize the development costs for existing facilities in need of expansion, which can include modernization or renovation of distressed facilities.

Free up capital while retaining control

In most healthcare organizations, public or private, the operator has substantial capital tied up in its real estate assets with very few viable options for unlocking this equity without losing the freedom and control of the facility that is operationally essential. However, we have an extremely efficient and cost-effective solution that allows the operator to monetize the equity in the real estate asset while retaining 100% control and use of the facility. Additionally, our method also avoids the substantial debt liability associated with real estate financing.

Proven financial methodology

In many cases, we are able to offer a sale-leaseback of the real estate. We purchase the real estate assets at an equitably determined, fair market value, and lease the facility back to the healthcare operator. Through realization of the equity in the property, the healthcare facility痴 resources can be put to other uses, such as upgrading medical equipment, expanding staff, relieving debt, or can be used for working capital.
