The National Standard proprietary investment and asset-leasing model is driven by future cash flows, not by banking-oriented “asset and equity” ratios. By leveraging the operational needs of an off-take purchaser or end user with the financing needs of a project operator, we are able to provide the necessary investment capital for construction to ensure viable projects get completed with the most attractive costs of capital.

Infrastructure

In a time when bond insurance is virtually impossible to secure, and when general obligation bonds, revenue bonds, and other types of municipal bond financing are very difficult to obtain at reasonable terms, National Standard and its partners provide a privately funded alternative to help maintain, develop, upgrade or expand critical infrastructure.

National Standard offers different lease-based options for capitalizing construction, and expanding or upgrading essential infrastructure projects.
